Shipping & Delivery

Delivery & Shipping:

Orders placed within Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman before 5:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. Any remaining orders will be delivered on the next business day.
Deliveries are carried out seven days a week, except on official federal holidays.
We aim to ship all orders on the same day or the following day. However, delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen emergencies or severe weather conditions.
Free delivery is available for purchases of AED 400 or more. For orders below AED 400, customers may choose between standard or express shipping. The base delivery charge starts at AED 30, with any additional fees clearly displayed during checkout depending on the selected service.
Packages labeled as “Signature Required” are handled by the courier, not by our company. Customers must ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the delivery.
Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Orders will only be sent to the address provided at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and original delivery charges will be deducted in case of a return.
The courier will release the parcel only after full payment of the invoice and upon verification of a valid passport or Emirates ID.
